It will help us develop our FAQs section.<\/p>\n<h4>My Account<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>\n<strong>Cannot login into my account<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you are unable to login into your account, here is what to do:<\/p>\n<p>in the login page, click on the \u201cLost Password?\u201d link.<br \/>\nIn this page, you must enter your email address.<br \/>\nYou should then receive an email with instructions in regards to resetting your password.<br \/>\nClick on the link, it will lead you to a Web page with specific instructions, follow them!<br \/>\nIf you don\u2019t see any email, it may have fallen into your spam or junk box.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>Orders\/Products<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Order completed but payment still pending<\/strong><br \/>\nVery rarely, an order might be completed, but the payment has failed.
